Now you can easily see a list of all active counties Coffee Clozers from the Home section of your dashboard. This shows you all the counties that are fully unlocked – that means we have data on all listings within these counties. Additionally, Plus users can access nationwide data for FSBO listings.
Now you can find properties with larger-than-average lot sizes and conditions that make them more likely to be subdivided! Simply open the filters, click the "Opportunities" tab, and select the toggle "oversized lot"

We now have buy boxes on the creative finance platform! You can input the specific property and neighbourhood parameters you’re after, and you’ll get a daily email with the best properties that fit those parameters. This way you can stay passively stay up to date with the market.

We launched a new tool, separate from the classic Coffee Clozers – Creative Finance. We're still working on the name, but Creative Clozers is just like the Coffee Clozers you know and love, but specifically geared towards finding and closing creative finance deals.
You can now filter out properties based on neighborhood grades. Simply expand the filter dropdown called "More filters" and select the range of neighborhoods you want to filter by from best to worst. To remove this filter, simply hit Reset on the filter panel, or the RESET button on the map.
