Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see comparables. Scroll inside of the table to see all comps. If you see an arrow next to the address, you can click on it to view that property on Zillow.
Run the comps 🧮
To use the full comps tool, click “Run the Comps” button. A map will open with the subject property on the left and the comps shown on the map. Click on a map bubble to see a side-by-side comparison of that comp.
Exclude comps to re-estimate property ARV/price ⚖️
If a comp doesn’t seem like a good match, simply exclude that comp to get a new estimate! Change your mind? Click the comp again and hit the “Include” button. When satisfied, click “Save & exit.” You’ll be asked if you want to keep the new estimate, and choose whether it applies to the ARV estimate (good for fixer upper properties) or the price (better for turnkey properties).
